30-Day Return Policy
You may return any unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging, unopened and unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Please include a copy of your order confirmation with your return.

How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@cubandbear.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will send you instructions for returning your item(s).  We'll issue a full refund upon receiving the returned item(s).
